You should receive a text message and your ticket voucher sent to your email to confirm your booking.

Cancellation and request for refund may be processed in any Elavil’s ticketing office on or before the trip date/time, subject to applicable fees. Service fee is non-refundable.

Rebooking Guidelines:

  • Rebook online up to 24 hours before your trip via “Manage Booking” or https://easybus.ph/rebook (fees apply).
  • Same-day online rebooking: limited payment options.

 

Over-the-Counter Rebooking:

  • Available only at the terminal where the ticket was purchased.
  • Fees:
    • Super Deluxe: ₱150
    • Deluxe / Economy / Ordinary: ₱100

 

Important:

  • Valid within 30 days from original travel date
  • One-time rebooking only
  • Not allowed on travel date
  • Must be under the same name and booking class
  • No fee if trip is cancelled or significantly changed by management

For Online Bookings, the following discounts may be availed (20% discount):

  • PWD – Valid PWD ID required
  • Senior Citizen – Valid government-issued ID required

The following discounts are available for walk-in passengers only (20% discount):

  • Student – Valid Student ID for the current school year or Registration Form required .

            *Master’s and Doctorate students are not eligible for the student discount.

  • Children – 3 feet and below
  • Military / Uniformed Personnel – Valid Military ID required
