Are refunds available?
All bookings are non-refundable and may only be rebooked or issued an Open Ticket. Note that Open Tickets shall no longer be rebooked if unused after thirty (30) days period.
Is rebooking allowed?
Rebooking may be processed at any BITSI ticketing offices. Note that rebooking is allowed up to the trip date and cut-off time and subject to applicable fee/s:
- Rebooking fee: Elite/Sleeper/Skybus/1x1x1 buses – ₱200.00 2×2 and 2×3 buses – ₱150.00
Can I change passenger names?
- Name Change – ₱100.00 fee will apply per passenger
Are pets allowed?
Small pet animals are allowed inside the bus, provided that they are put in a cage, must wear animal diapers and are free from foul odor, must have anti-rabies vaccination, and travel permit from vet clinic. Pet(s) must pay the corresponding fare in an amount the same as the paying passenger-owner pet seat occupied.
