How to book?
You may book online at https://elavil.ph
1. Select your preferred trip date
2. Select trip and seat/s
3. Input your details
4. Complete payment
You should receive a text message and your ticket voucher sent to your email to confirm your booking.
How can I cancel my trip or request a refund?
Cancellation and request for refund may be processed in any Elavil’s ticketing office on or before the trip date/time, subject to applicable fees. Service fee is non-refundable.
How to rebook trip?
Rebooking Guidelines:
• Rebook online up to 24 hours before your trip via “Manage Booking” or https://easybus.ph/rebook
(fees apply).
• Same-day online rebooking: limited payment options.
Over-the-Counter Rebooking:
• Available only at the terminal where the ticket was purchased.
• Fees:
– Super Deluxe: ₱150
– Deluxe / Economy / Ordinary: ₱100
Important:
• Valid within 30 days from original travel date
• One-time rebooking only
• Not allowed on travel date
• Must be under the same name and booking class
• No fee if trip is cancelled or significantly changed by management
