How to book online?

- Select your preferred trip date
- Select trip and seat/s
- Input your details
- Complete payment
You should receive a text message and your ticket voucher sent to your email to confirm your booking.
How to rebook trip?
You may rebook online at https://easybus.ph/rebook.
Over-the-counter rebooking and cancellation are also available at any of Raymond Trans’ ticketing offices. Rebooking and refunds are allowed on or before the trip date/time. Rebooking and cancellation are subject to the following fees and policies:
- Rebooking fee – 20% of the fare
- Refund: 20% surcharge. Service fee is non-refundable.
How much luggage is allowed?
Hand-carry baggage is free. Each passenger is allowed a free check-in baggage.
- 2×3 Bus Type: Free allowance of 15 kg
- 2×2 Bus Type: Free allowance of 15 kg
- 2×1 and Sleeper Bus: Free allowance of 25 kg

Can I bring pets on board?
Small to medium sized pet animals are allowed inside the bus, provided that they are in a carrier or cage, must wear animal diapers and are free from foul odor. Pet(s) must be beside the passenger-owner and must pay the corresponding fare same as the seat fare of the passenger-owner.
